You’ve heard me vent before about social media and manners. You’ve heard me rant about being asked and respecting the artist. Well, I’m gonna do it again. One more time…

Please ask before you take my photos and post them. I work hard on everything I do, I have for 50 years. When someone just takes a photo without asking it hurts. YES, I appreciate the credit and shout out. I just like being asked. Can you imagine if I went to your work, took what ever I wanted and then told everyone where I took it from?? How would you feel?

I’m not saying this just for me. I’m saying this for EVERYONE who creates content and art. Just ask them if you can post and I bet they will appreciate it and be very grateful. The only time I ever say no is when they wanna use my art to sell their products. That is a NO NO! Show some respect, some love and some appreciation by simply asking. THANK YOU!
